Short, simple, and designed to protect your pet’s comfort and our schedule.
We accept clients on an 4–8 week grooming schedule. Most clients pre-book in advance, and changes may be limited once appointments are set.
Mats form when coats aren’t regularly brushed/comed. If safe de-matting is possible, it’s additional fees will apply based on severity. Severe matting may require a shave-down for humane, safe removal.
We may stop or refuse a groom if it’s in your pet’s best interest or if aggressive behavior is present. We do not accept pets with fleas.
Reminders are sent 48 hours in advance. at least 3 days’ notice is required. Same-day cancellations are charged in full. Repeated no-shows/cancellations may end service.
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions (diagnosed or undiagnosed) that may be aggravated or discovered during grooming. Your pet’s safety is always our priority.
By using our services, you authorize Cr8.Tive to capture and use photos/videos of your pet for social media, website, advertising, and business-related content.
