To maintain the highest level of care and coat health, we accept clients on a 4–8 week grooming schedule. Most clients reserve appointments in advance, so availability for changes may be limited once booked.
Matting occurs when coats are not maintained between visits. Heavily matted coats may require a shave-down for comfort and safety. Additional fees apply based on time and coat condition.
We reserve the right to stop or decline any service if it is not in your pet’s best interest or if safety is a concern. Pets with fleas cannot be serviced.
48-hour reminders are sent. A minimum of 3 days’ notice is required for any changes. Same-day cancellations are charged in full. Repeated no-shows may result in discontinued service.
Cr8.Tive is not responsible for pre-existing conditions that may become aggravated or discovered during grooming. Any concerns will be communicated promptly.
