Bath & Tidy

Includes bath, blow dry, brush out, light face/feet/sanitary trim for a clean, polished look between full grooms.

Bath & Fluff

Premium hypoallergenic cleanse, blow dry, brush out, and a polished finish. Ideal for regular maintenance and fresh resets.

Puppy Introduction

Gentle, confidence-building first visits with minimal, soothing trims only when your puppy is ready.

Full Groom

Complete head-to-paw grooming including haircut, nails, ears, and a style tailored to your dog’s coat and lifestyle.

Thoughtfully designed to protect your pet’s comfort and our time together.

Maintenance Schedule

To maintain the highest level of care and coat health, we accept clients on a 4–8 week grooming schedule. Most clients reserve appointments in advance, so availability for changes may be limited once booked.

Coat Condition & Matting

Matting occurs when coats are not maintained between visits. Heavily matted coats may require a shave-down for comfort and safety. Additional fees apply based on time and coat condition.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to stop or decline any service if it is not in your pet’s best interest or if safety is a concern. Pets with fleas cannot be serviced.

Cancellations

48-hour reminders are sent. A minimum of 3 days’ notice is required for any changes. Same-day cancellations are charged in full. Repeated no-shows may result in discontinued service.

Pre-Existing Conditions

Cr8.Tive is not responsible for pre-existing conditions that may become aggravated or discovered during grooming. Any concerns will be communicated promptly.

Media Release

By choosing Cr8.Tive, you grant permission for your pet to be photographed or filmed for website, social media, and promotional use.
